Québec 2009 Edition, the International Forum on Integrated Water ManagementAs part of the International Forum on Integrated Water Management, organized by the COGESAF and the Université de Sherbrooke, and held in Sherbrooke on October 1-3, 2009, the VidéEau Festival invited youths from Québec aged 17 to 30 to take part in the first selection, in preparation for the next global edition of the Festival, in 2010.

The theme was “My water, our water”, and the winners were revealed during the opening session of the Forum.

The Jury

The jury members were:
- André Pâquet (president), film programmer of Montreal’s international documentary film festival (RIDM) and president of the jury for the International Water and Film event held in Mexico, in 2006.
- Pascale Ferland, filmmaker and member of the international jury for the International Water and Film event held in Istanbul, in 2009.
- Jean-Paul Raîche, president of the Conseil de gouvernance de l’eau des bassins versants de la rivière Saint-François (COGESAF) and first vice-president of Quebec’s regroupement of watershed organizations (ROBVQ).
