Approximately 10 youths from Québec, France, Belgium and Mexico gathered to discuss various issues related to water and the projects that they have worked on individually.  The final goal was to write up a declaration to be handed out to all participants.  Four of these youths were a part of A Celebration of Lakes and Rivers and presented the project to the other participants.  For more information you can download the activity report here (in french only).
