On the morning of 18 May the action plans were submitted to the vice-President of the Quebec National Assembly, Mr. Jacques Chagnon. The event was chaired by Mr. Raymond Jost, Secretary General of ISW and was held in the presence of the deputy under-minister of the Ministry of Sustainable Development, the Environment and Parks, Mr. Pierre Baril and the partners of the Celebration of Lakes and Rivers project.
